[ca-gw] CA Graywater Code Acceptance in Marin County?

Does anybody know how Marin County is responding to recent state code
that exempts certain greywater systems from permitting?

 

I'm working on a construction project in Marin County where the client
struck down the option of greywater due to the hurdles of permitting.
If a permit is not required, and we act quickly, we could add dual
plumbing for greywater.
