[ca-gw] AB885 path

Hi everyone -

 

For those who don't know, AB885 was a bill that required the SRWCB to write
a code for on-site sewage disposal systems that could reuse that water.  It
was, by law, supposed to be available to the public about 5 years ago.  It's
still not available.

 

As I said Monday, we do NOT want to go down that path.  I am doing
everything I can to keep greywater irrigation from ending up on that path.

 

Being frank about the obstacles is key to staying on the right path.
