This is a message from the State Water Resources Control Board.

A "Change Sheet" of proposed revisions to the 6/18/09 version of the draft
General Waste Discharge Requirements for Landscape Irrigation Uses of
Municipal Recycled Water (General Permit) is now available on-line.
 
 
The State Water Board will consider adoption of the draft General Permit (as
revised in the proposed Change Sheet) and a proposed resolution approving
certification of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the General Permit at
its July 7, 2009 meeting (Agenda Item No. 9).
 
 
For copies of the agenda, revised draft General Permit (including the
proposed Change Sheet), revised draft CEQA documents, previous written
comments received, and additional information, please visit the program
website.
