[ca-gw] administrative notice - outage occurred 9-10pm PST Wed.

Dear Subscribers:

Our server was unreachable on the Internet from about 9:00pm to 10:00pm 
PST tonight, Wed., Dec. 9.

This effectively blocked access to the email listservs for that duration.

Service has been restored as of 10:00pm.

The problem was apparently caused by a network outage between San Jose 
and Seattle, due to errant routers.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
