Hi everyone,

I haven't contributed much to this discussion and have lost track at
times, especially when digressions have occured.
Is there a copy of the proposed code that someone can forward to me to
review? I was really busy when this all started and didn't have alot
of time to participate. Right now I have some time to take a look at
this and am curious to see what they are proposing.

Would it make sense to fundraise to get a competant licensed engineer
that promotes and understands simple on-site waste water treatment
systems to appear before the legislators and give them a lession? It
would be a responsible move on their part to be open to this
considering they are going to be making potentially binding decisions
on this and perhaps they have funds that could support this.

I would recommend Michael Ogden. He designs constructed wetlands and
other systems treating sewage.
http://www.natsys-inc.com/ They are generally less expensive than
other on-site treatment systems.
He is based in New Mexico

Also Peter Warshall (lives in Tucsan now) might be good. He helped
design the first permitted on site treated sewage drip system in Malabu.
He gives a nice presentation.
Grey water is a no-brainer yet needs to be treated with respect. Based
on the comments I've been reading it sounds like they are proposing
overkill for something that could be relatively simple.

Thanks for all the attention to this.
